Since we are offering non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods, we do not issue refunds after any purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding once you register at our site. If any purchased product does not work as intended and disclosed, we do our best to resolve the problem.
3. License
Our premium templates are licensed under the GNU Public License version 2.0.
All of our templates can be used on any number of sites. The templates can be yours personally or available to any of your clients.
You can use any of our templates to build websites for your clients.
You are free to modify the template the way you need.
You are not required to provide any copyright notice or links back to Responsee, although we do appreciate it.
4. Support
We offer products that are sold “as is,” with no implied meaning that they will function in any way other than promised or with all third-party components and plugins. We give support to our customers for our products through a e-mail or Facebook.
5. Price
We reserve the right to alter, discontinue, or change the price of any of our products at any time without notice.
6. Images
All images have been purchased from Bigstock. Do not use the images in your website.
7. Warranty
Vision Design – Anna Gryllus does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all third-party components, plugins, or Web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. It is up to you to ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates. We cannot guarantee that premium templates will work with all browser combinations.
